If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made an online order and never received a confirmation email, after waiting 2-3 days I called the shop to see if the website was possibly a scam. During the phone call the lady was lovely but unfortunately didn’t have the knowledge to answer my questions so put me onto the owner and that’s when things went south. I had a terrible experience today in this shop with one of the staff member that was extremely violent, rude and angry, for simply not understanding the job that I requested to be done to my cars. The situation was quite embarrassing to me and to my coworkers. I have used this shop for a few times along the past few years, and I have created a good relationship with the owner, but unfortunately today the owner wasn't present. This guy needs some serious anger management therapy. Very disappointed.
