I have only been in my home built by Marrick for only 6 months and already the brick front is cracking and separating from the house. PER my insurance company this is faulty construction. the builder is trying to say someone ran into my house. This is absurd. My experience with Marrick Homes has been horrible! I bought a home from Marrick homes in 2017 and in the first 2 months I had so many issues. They cut corners wherever they can especially with the companies they contract to conduct work on the homes. My AC unit started leaking and per the compnay they sent out to fix it they stated marrick made them do a condesation line that drains to the side of the house which will freeze and cause it to back up into the house.
