I was a little skeptical that it would work for us before we went to the workshop but boy, was I wrong! If you are not sure about this, DO IT! It is 10000000000% worth it! We have attended traditional therapy for 3 years and made more progress in just one weekend! My husband and I both learned sooo much more than we could have ever imagined, and we actually have true hope and confidence that we will be able to work things out and have a better marriage than we ever dreamed of! I have just started my journey with Marriage Helpers. I can see a way out of my sadness. My husband of 32 years walked out of our marriage stating he just don’t love me anymore. Fabulous workshop. I’d do it over again and hopefully with my husband. So much great information. It gave me clarity and understanding and help me to see my wrongs and how to be better.
This was a wonderful workshop. It was very much so helpful in learning about who you are and as you present yourself along with your spouse. Lots of terms and techniques. I do think the POV was more about spousal dishonesty and crises related to that, but still very helpful and lots of fundamental skills were addressed.
