Attended the Marriage Workshop online solo during a crisis where I did not see much hope. We kept digging ourselves into a deeper hole with terrible negative communication (or lack thereof) cycles, hurt, pain, etc. We both felt our marriage might not make it and was confused because the love was there deep down, but things just kept getting worse and worse.
