We have had only a couple of appointments but my daughter looks forward to going. Leanne is so good with her. Just wish the insurance issue could be sorted out, but that isn’t necessarily their fault. Insurance companies are a scam.

I started bringing my daughter here for her severe anxiety. Every single person here has welcomed us with open arms, sat with us to deeply listen about our concerns and struggles, and had made her (and us) feel incredibly comfortable. She typically chooses to do a craft of some kind while she talks through things, and it’s incredible to see how excited she is to come each week. Both Bryan and Dina stopped answering our appointment requests and helping us. They just ghosted us. Pretty cool being as we were in the worst part of our marriage and I already felt abandoned in my marriage... ** Edit to add - since I can't reply to the comment, this was while both were still in the practice. This was a year ago that this happened.
