Melissa is extremely professional and truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I’m a very shy person, but with her I felt completely normal and at ease. I had a Brazilian wax, and it honestly didn’t hurt at all—she definitely has the technique!
