The houses at Colvin Estates on Rachel Vincent Way are over priced by 200,000 to 300,000 as they are listed at 700,000 and up but built in a few weeks and no character and no backyard. They're trying to gouge customers because it's the only land in North Buffalo where you could build. The cookie cutter cheap houses and it looks like they use the cheapest materials possible. I recently moved in to a new Marrano home in West Seneca. This was a model home I purchased, not a new home built to my specifications. Despite not being able to pick my own paint colors, cabinets, etc., the house was finished in very modern colors and the kitchen details are timeless. I was given a very thorough walk through prior to moving in that included informative details concerning both the interior and exterior features. This is our second Marrano home and once again the experience was wonderful. From the decision of where to build and what style home it was easy with the help of the Marrano team. This will be our forever home!
