Get directionsI have tried to get into contact with them for the past month with no reply after they charged me after I cancelled our stay, well within the cancellation policy. I have called & left a voicemail, emailed multiple times to the email they say per their voicemail will get a “quicker response”, and dm’d them on Instagram and have gotten no response whatsoever. I booked our reservation 12/31/24 and emailed them requesting a cancellation the next day, 1/1/25, because something better was available. I figured the matter was over s... read more
Loved the off season experience. We loved every minute of it. Thank you! The staff was so friendly and helpful, loved sounds of the waves crashing especially during the storm, marshmallows by the fire place were perfect, being by the ocean was insanely amazing, the design of the hotel was perfect in every way, the pemf mats were out of this world-can't live without one now, The sofas in the lounge were beautiful and when the sun hit them you could just sit there forever in peace, great that there was no tv, le Labo of course... read more
Off season it is still pricey- but overall not a bad place to stay. I loved the oceanfront room and you have direct access to the beach and can walk to town easily. The walls in the room itself are actually very thin- we could hear the people in the next room. They have fires and s’mores which we missed because it was too windy- but understandable. It’s past 2am and I cannot sleep because people in the room next to mine are being talking, singing and playing music really loudly for the last 3h and it seems to be getting worse. I could barely sleep last night for the same reason. And it’s November! Can’t imagine what it’s like here during the high season. I called the management twice, the second time they simply didn’t pick up. I really hoped I’d come back here sometime in the summer, because the location is amazing, but since it is impossible to sleep – I will 100% st... read more
Summary: premium prices, below average service. Stay elsewhere and get better value for your money. Service was extremely poor, there was a power cut over 2 days we stayed and staff didn’t proactively keep us updated or offer any means of an apology. We had to keep asking what the latest was, which was frustrating. In general service just wasn’t great for the price, no attention to detail or finer touches that you’d expect from a hotel charging premium rates. In addition, the continental breakfast was something you’d find at... read more
