Do Not Rent An Apartment From These People. Horrible management. Was told something could be done about a neighbor that cranks music/TV at all hours of the day and night- only to be ghosted by the landlord, then told in person "what do you want me to do about it" with all the attitude in the world. I was threatened by these tenants, and have continued to make police complaint after police complaint about the nightly noise keeping my young child awake. Still. Nothing. Expectation of Peace? After total frustrations with other plumbers, electricans, etc. decided to switch to Marrs. Theres nothing better than getting an actual person on the phone, Suzanna is great to speak too. You can tell she genuinely cares about the situation you may be in, and theres no "well will get to ya when we can" ..talk. She gets someone dispatched out to you as soon as she can. Terrible work, poorly managed, mostly young kids that don't have enough experience. Made a horrible mess out of building a small 750 sqft addition. Everything from windows leaking to foundation over a 1 inch out of level. I would not recommend them for any work.
