Have been in before to buy frames never had an experience like this. I am a huge person on buying local but this is why people don't. My daughters uncle handmade her frames for her senior pictures and when we went in to see if she would cut mats for us to BUY she told us that she only serves "her customers". I was completely shocked. I can definitely say we won't be back and would not recommend.
She does excellent work and clearly takes pride in doing the work well. You will get high quality results here. I felt she also does a good job of guiding you with several options but allows you to make the final decisions. I've had both office and home pieces framed and I honestly get compliments on how nice they look.
