Incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Their truck has blocked 4 parking spaces belonging to the apartments behind their job site. When asked to move they just shrug and ignore. If they’re this rude to the people around them I can’t imagine their work is up to par. Don’t hire if you want good work or good relations go neighbors.
I would not recommend Marquiss Construction. They told me that they could salvage my cabinets and countertops, ripped everything out and then said that they couldn't salvage anything. The final work is not high quality as the unfinished edges on the counters are brown, not white like the grout. The final cost was 2 x the estimate. This sometimes happens, but in this case it was due to randomly guessing numbers rather than doing actual research on the cost. Waste of time another company that don't hire black I'm assuming. Couldn't even get a response on what was going on after they had me fill out onboardung paperwork give up all my person info and then nothing. And they're probably mad now about this review but, the display of unprofessionalism speaks very loud. If I could I would give them -5 stars based on the lack of communication.
