They did a wonderful job with mom. Everyone friendly and helpful from all the staff.
Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT bring your loved ones here if you care about their well being. They do not care about hygiene and they over medicate or give the wrong medications. They disregard patients rights. For example, one of my visits, my loved one was served cold, soggy, and microwaved onion rings. The food they provide here subpar and awful, and they would also miss meals. This facility is ran down and outdated. The atmosphere here is horrible. Do not let your loved ones stay here if you care about them. I have messages and pictures from my sisters time there before she passed. Most of the staff doesn’t care. They will ignore the call light and spend as little time as they can in the room. The facility is filthy and the CNAs will get confrontational with family members if you bring up any issues. Watching your parents get old sucks. It’s the most helpless feeling, leaving someone you love in the hands of strangers is horrible. At this stage watching dad decline is the worst stage of my life.
