Our maintenance man Hunter is reliable and handles our maintenance requests in a timely manner. I put in a standard request around 1:00a.m. to have my air conditioning looked at and he showed up first thing in the morning! I thought my a/c unit was broken because no matter what temperature I changed the thermostat to I felt no air. It was a simple fix that didn’t require him to replace the entire unit and within fifteen minutes my unit began to cool down again. He is greatly appreciated and always has a positive attitude. I just recently went and toured this apartment complex and the leasing staff was so kind and friendly. The property is beautiful and nicely kept and in a beautiful area. The units I toured were good size. Even if you’re not sold on the layouts the property itself is enough to make up for it. I am hoping to move in when my lease is up. The front office staff really felt welcoming and supportive
