Waking up and seeing the one cardinal be the master of his domain is good and all, but I wouldn't say it's worth having low shower pressure, having to drive 10 minutes just to go the grocery store, or 15-20 minutes for anything interesting.
We lived at Marquis for over four years and we absolutely loved it. They are amazing in the front office. Kealy is very responsive and awesome to work with! The grounds are kept beautiful and maintenance is prompt and keeps up on things. Highly recommend living here!
I toured multiple apartment complexes before setting with Marquis, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartments are clean, spacious, and reasonably priced with gorgeous views and walking trails. The amenities are clean, the pool feels like a resort, the gym equipment is nice, and we have enjoyed our time here so far! The leasing office staff are SO friendly and accommodating. Just recently moved into a Beautiful apartment here and it has been the best experience. Everyone up front in the office were so helpful with answering any questions I have had about the place and the property around my unit is gorgeous I’m so happy this is my new home!
Lived here 2 years and it got so bad I had to break my lease and move out. Constant smell of marijuana, loud music blasting after hours, pest issues galore (lived on 2nd floor). Old amenities, and once I moved out the rent magically decreased from $ 1,383 to $ 1,216 for a new renter.
