We just moved in! Tammy was our leasing agent! Such a sweet lady! Friendly, Quite, Clean, and Wonderful place to live.
Wonderful staff and maintenance is quick to respond. My mom loves her apartment and the other residents have been very friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect place for folks over 65. I am very happy with the choice we made for my mom.
My parents recently moved here and they absolutely love it!!!! Everyone from the front office has been extremely helpful and welcoming to me and my parents. My mom loves the social aspect of the apartment environment and she’s made so many new friends. Move in was simple and hassle free. I could not be happier for them and my parents keep telling me “why didn’t we move here sooner!!!” I cannot say thank you enough to the Marquis. We love it and we made the right choice to move to the Marquis.
Update: My wife and I live here at Marquis Rockwall. It's been 8 months since we moved in and having managed an Independent Living Community in the past, I'm amazed at how well this place is managed. Great food, dedicated staff, maintenance is prompt, not counting how friendly people are here. Better than a great place to live if you're 55+.
