Fernondo did a great job on the repairs I needed. Repairs were completed within a few hours after my request and all is working fine.
My work requests are fill fast and efficiently. The staff is very friendly, polite and courteous.
Great place as long as you do not accept a first floor apartment. there is no carpet on th second floor apartments and the insulation in the floors is rediculous. You will hear EVERY STEP AND MOVEMENT IF YOU LIVE BELOW !!!!! HORRIBLE !!! Been here 4 months and will be moving soon. the noise is horrible and if they use the washer, dryer or diswasher you will here it all. if they would just put carpet in, it would help a lot. DO NOT MOVE HERE IS ONLY THE FIRST FLOOR IS AVAILABLE. HORRIBLE.!!!!!!!!!!! Everything else is good.
