While the homes are beautiful, the quality is not!! The work is extremely shoddy! My home is only 4-5 years old and I’m having to have my master bathroom gutted due to poor installation. Also, having to have repair work done in the master bedroom because of water damage from master bath. One should not have to spend 20K in repairs on such a new custom home.
