Hard pass on any of my family staying there. Private jets and budgets are more important than kindness to residents.
UPDATE OF EARLIER REVIEW: I gave an earlier review and realized I never updated it for the rest of my visit there. I was there approximately 2-1/2 Weeks. The same problems that were in my original post continued. I was in rehab for a colostomy. This means I have to wear a bag to contain my poop. I was also in diapers. I would have been able to avoid diapers, if anyone would show up to take me to the bathroom. I was not given a shower in that time until a day before I left. My husband was served his lunch and it was not what he ordered.They did not have what he ordered. They gave him something that looked like bell peppers and meat. He did not like it. My daughter had to go buy him some lunch or he would not have anything to eat. We were so disappointed.
I have been a patient here since 7/3/25 and have had excellent treatment. The physical therapist are great in pushing you to help yourself and the occupational therapist make sure you can care for yourself when you leave. The majority of the other staff are great. I highly recommend Plum Ridge as a rehab facility.
Great place, had some family here and they was taken care of , management listened about thier problems and helped with thier needs. Best place in Klamath falls.
