I spoke with Nadia, a 25-year experience Aquaspace sales representative who took the time to give me advice, suggested quantities and order of use for each product, and went above and beyond for an impeccable service. The Aquaspace products are simply amazing. The water quality in my pond is crystal clear, the rocks are cleaned and I am so, so appreciative. The water treatment products are not expensive and I am quite proud to say that they are safe for fish, plants, pets, and wildlife. Nothing else for me from now on.
Worst customer service experienced in a long time. I wanted to shop Canadian I wanted to shop locally I was trying to do the right thing And while they promote themselves as a Canadian company with "No Tariffs, Just Savings", be careful about their hidden restocking fees. They charged a 10% restocking fee (originally 15%), when it was returned within 14 days in original box and unused (didn't even leave our trunk). Amazing customer service. Amazing products. Great pricing.
Did not deliver for ages, then when i cancelled the order, they did not actually cancel. After cancellation I bought from another place, and then they also delivered after a long time. Now i have an extra one that i don't need. And they will not refund me. They are only willing to refund 50%. I was calling them nearly everyday.. they still messed up and miscommunicated... The delivery service was pathetic. It took 7 times as long as was promised. And I ended up having to pay for something that i can't use anymore.
We bought a beautiful Campania Austin Fountain . Nice product. The staff at Marquis Gardens are outstanding. A Special thank to Nadia and Jennifer for your support and excellent service after sale. I strongly recommend this merchant. I will not hesitate to buy any products from them. Good job! 👍
