Went for a Tour of the Hamilton location for a wedding in 2025, Shamoy was our contact and she didn't welcome us properly, was late ! When we went into the princess room, she didn't even bother to turn on all the lights. Let's just say that the visit was a complete bust ! We will be looking elsewhere
Everything was managed and executed flawlessly for my wedding reception. Amazing place!
