This doctor does not pick up the phone and they do not pass on referrals. I hope I live long enough to find a new family doctor.

the rating reflects the reception and their lack of communication skills with their patients. a mentally or physically ill patient should NOT have to harass an unanswered phone line , fax or come to the location to get an appointment. there should be alternative ways to run the clinic he is an excellent doctor but his receptionist needs to go. never being able to into see him is unreal.

You will get more time and professionalism at a walk-in clinic. Very hard to book with Marquis, no answering system on the phone you need to actually drive to the building to get anything done. Waiting months for a rushed appointment is honestly more frustrating than waiting 2 hours in emergency.

I've been a patient of his all my life. I notice he has the same old lady working for him and she doesn't seem to like anyone, I left a note, and I went to the Nechako clinic and seen him personally. That was over months ago. He told himself he would call me back. Maybe he has too much money to hear anyone. Does he even care?

This place needs a phone number, going to the office and dropping off a note on the door or asking patients to fax an appointment is unprofessional and very behind on modern business practices especially for a doctors office. Hell even an email would be at least something. The Office has a camera outside the door and asks you to wait in the hallway saying that they see you but are usually upset with us patients if we need to run back up there and ask a quick question or change an important document like blood or urine sample... read more
