My son was a patient sinse childhood and phoned to get an appointment and was rudely told that he was no longer a patient because he hasn't seen him for 3 years. Why were notices not sent out. He needs a new receptionist

This doctor does not pick up the phone and they do not pass on referrals. I hope I live long enough to find a new family doctor.

the rating reflects the reception and their lack of communication skills with their patients. a mentally or physically ill patient should NOT have to harass an unanswered phone line , fax or come to the location to get an appointment. there should be alternative ways to run the clinic he is an excellent doctor but his receptionist needs to go. never being able to into see him is unreal.

You will get more time and professionalism at a walk-in clinic. Very hard to book with Marquis, no answering system on the phone you need to actually drive to the building to get anything done. Waiting months for a rushed appointment is honestly more frustrating than waiting 2 hours in emergency.

I've been a patient of his all my life. I notice he has the same old lady working for him and she doesn't seem to like anyone, I left a note, and I went to the Nechako clinic and seen him personally. That was over months ago. He told himself he would call me back. Maybe he has too much money to hear anyone. Does he even care?
