Place has gone down hill. The drafting service is a joke. Sometime they forget to take my HOA dues and send me a notice of a fine. I have to remind them they can draft my account if they need the money. This year they double charged me twice for January and February. They of course refused to give me the money back directly and said they would use it as credit for the next month. Except they kept "forgetting" and I had to keep reminding them. I hate this place
Worst place to live! the floors and walls are paper thin! Dealing with a grumpy old lady who has fined me twice for noise!!! We were just walking and she claims we are running like wild horses! Unfreakingbelievable! She also sits on the HOA board and is abusing her power! Consider a 100 times before you rent or buy one of these properties!
