The leasing office has poor communication, regardless of whether you are a resident.
Great pricing and location! The mall has so much, and being close to the highway was always a huge plus for me. My neighbors were friendly, and I never experienced anything excessively loud or disruptive. Gina, Emma, and Jasmine were always helpful during my time there. Maintenance typically completed work orders the same day or the following day, depending on when the request was submitted. Nina was very helpful and friendly on my tour and made sure I found what I was looking for. She gave a very detailed overview of my options for the 1 bedrooms and gave insight on their differences.
