Respectfully, if you’re not living here, you’re just missing out. The service is good. The people are friendly the accommodations that the staff have and how quick they reply is outstanding.
I’ve really enjoyed my time at the Marquis. The location is convenient within minutes from downtown Chandler, the mall, and major freeways. The gals in the office are warm and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always friendly and quick to get things done. The community is pet friendly and has a calm, neighborly vibe thanks to the residents. The amenities are a plus too especially the resort-style pool, full-size gym, and game room.
