I rarely leave reviews because customer service today usually falls short of expectations, but Alex absolutely earned this one. I recently had an EV charger installed while Home Depot was also delivering and installing a new electric stove. When the Home Depot installers left, the stove appeared to be working, but later that evening the LCD screen went completely blank and the stove shut off.
