Haven’t been in a co-op for maybe 30 years since I moved away from Milwaukee. Visited Marquette today and made a visit to their co-op a priority and so glad I did. I was reminded of how cozy and friendly the atmosphere is in co-ops, and of course the special selections of food they offer. Next summer my town of Oshkosh, Wi will open their first co-op in the downtown area and I’m so glad my wife and I contributed time and money to help make it happen.
The takeout food is amazing! I had vegetable lasagna today and it was fantastic! What a great store!
