Very helpfull and fair value They did all the proper paperwork to complete a sale by owner It was seamless. a bit more expensive than other local title firms but the extra services Really save the seller in the long run They provide a sale by owner packet That is spot on At no charge .....highly recommend them

Took my money but never completed the deal. When I would check in about once a week to check progress I was told by a supervisor to quit bothering them. Fortunately the seller stood by us and had their own attorney untangle things and finalize the sale without any help from MCTC. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
