I had this bank a couple months ago. Changed banks due to them being so unhelpful. Over drafted once and they told me they couldn't do anything about the fee they charged me, they charged me $100 dollars in over draft fees due to my insurance trying to take it out twice, which they should have given me one time to make the mistake...Changed banks and that has never happened to me since then. Writing this review kind of late but I have had just about every bank in Marquette and this tops the worst one!
