They won’t allow me online access to my Aunt’s account despite having a signed, witnessed, and notarized Power of Attorney. They will, however, allow me to make deposits for her. They’ll do anything to take and keep your money.
Awful customer service. App goes down for hours on end without any sort of warning. Lmao it's been almost 11 hours at this point. I don't think it takes that long to fix your issue.
Every employee at this location provides an exceptional banking experience. Today Amy K helped me with setting up online banking and a few other things. She was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Great bank!
