Awful customer service. App goes down for hours on end without any sort of warning. Lmao it's been almost 11 hours at this point. I don't think it takes that long to fix your issue.
Every employee at this location provides an exceptional banking experience. Today Amy K helped me with setting up online banking and a few other things. She was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Great bank!
I use Marquette Bank for both personal and business, and have gone to the new branch on Oak Park avenue on several occasions for various reasons. The staff has ALWAYS been courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I never have problems with my accounts and bank there basically for free, with perks! I look forward to many more years of rewarding and satisfying service!
