Parents opened account on Western in 1952!! We have continued account for us because of great customer experience they received & we now have encountered, especially at *********** location! Big difference from our bank weve used for past 30 years. Keep up great work Marquette!

I have lived in *********** since 1991 and have a checking account with Marquette since moving here. I love the community and my neighborhood bank. I stop into the lobby and its never crowed and extremely welcoming and the service is outstanding.
I love Marquette bank because it still has the feel of family - where everybody knows your name and greets you and does whatever it can to help you. I hate the huge corporate banks where you lose your identity and just become a number and have a fee for everything you do.
I started banking with Marquette Bank when it was still in the old "****** mall" and when that closed I moved over to the new bank just east of ********* on 143 rd. I use a couple of different banks, but Marquette Bank is still my first choice. Great service and great staff. They have been my number one bank for twenty-five plus years!!!
Marquette Bank offers a wide variety of services. Where I live, there are a lot of convenient locations and their hours work for me. Whether I use the drive-up or I walk in, I am always greeted promptly and with a smile. On a recent trip to the bank, I made a deposit and the teller told me about some other types of accounts that might make me more money. She got me thinking! I have been banking with Marquette for many years and have no intentions of leaving!
Marquette Bank is the best financial institution in Chicagoland. Friendly employees always willing to help. Ive been a customer for many years and I feel completely satisfied.
The branch I go to is very informal and down to earth. I am not discriminated against or treated in anyway unimportant. They staff is encouraging and have a positive outlook when I am down.
