Not a good bank for older people. They will lock or close your checking account for lack of activity even when you maintain an amount well over the minimum balance. I had to make a deposit so that an 80yr old man in an assisted living facility didn't have his account closed. Totally stupid policy and a lousy bank. Glad my account is somewhere else.

Almost every time I go here in drive through I receive the worst customer service. I went through drive through today and the first woman that helped was very nice actually she gave me a withdrawal slip and different older woman gives me my money back and usually they will ask if I want my money a specific way and I usually don’t but I just needed $50 so I wanted a $50 dollar bill, I assumed they would ask me how I wanted it back but they didn’t so when I got my money back I saw I received 2 $20 bills and 2 $5 bills which ag... read more
