The Bank teller in the lobby treated me like I was a criminal she threw my ID card back at me the service was terrible 😢😢😢
A great bank if you’re looking for security, wonderful customer service and banking confidence. They turned an unfortunate situation into a matter of ease with piece of mind and satisfaction. Both Shan and Brian were dedicated to resolving my issue, with Shan going above and beyond to do this with a professional and friendly demeanor
There's a teller that works at this location by the name of Tanya she has a smug and arrogant attitude towards customers which is appalling, definitely needs an adjustment. Miserable encounter with this individual was on 08/05/23 @ 1:30pm at the Drive up window
This bank freaks out if you have a balance over a grand. If you have personal checks they go crazy as well. Never liked this branch.
What a wonderful branch manager, Melania! She always greets us with a hello and a big smile. She is always willing to take the time to be sure we get all Our banking needs meet and answers all questions and concerns. She is definitely an asset to your bank. We have been members since the 1989s and would never think Of going to another bank.
