Wow. I just called in today to discuss pet euthanasia for my 13 year old Husky, Apollo. This is a very difficult time for my family so I decided to call his old veterinarian and the woman who answered has zero empathy for my situation. Her demeanor was just unpleasant and I’d expect more professionalism from this place. I hung up because this is not how you should treat people.
Horrible. We took one of our cats here nearly two months ago, and we attempted to take our other one in today. When my partner came in with the first cat to take care of a problem nail, they charged us for a nail trim but didn’t even bother touching the other nails. Yes, they did need to be trimmed. Cuando llamé, expliqué que ya conocía el diagnóstico de mi mascota y solo necesitaba que el doctor le administrara los antibióticos. Fui muy clara al principio de la consulta, preguntando cuánto sería el costo. Cuando entré, el doctor nunca revisó a mi mascota, solo me dio el diagnóstico que ya sabía y le administró la medicación. Después me sorprendió que me cobraran más de lo que me habían dicho. En general, el lugar me pareció poco confiable y no lo recomendaría.
Today is the first vet visit with apollo and the staff and doctor was awesome and kind front reception sorry can't remember the name i believe its paula 😊 😀 she was very helpful also
