This is a good clinic. I came in for my cat and the doctor and staff were sincere, respectful, and very helpful. I wouldn’t rank it as the best in Chicago but mind you, it is very affordable, is a WALK-IN clinic, and VERY little wait time!— majority of vets are by appointment only, and will charge you an arm and a leg.
Whoever is the receptionist is needs to get training on how to answer the phone and how to speak to people. I called to possibly make a appointment for my pet I greeted her good morning I would like to bring my pet in, no good morning or anything she replied “we’re not taking new patients, call around”. They’re many nice and professional ways she could have responded. Very disappointed. Do better please you don’t know what people are going through.
