Cuando llamé, expliqué que ya conocía el diagnóstico de mi mascota y solo necesitaba que el doctor le administrara los antibióticos. Fui muy clara al principio de la consulta, preguntando cuánto sería el costo. Cuando entré, el doctor nunca revisó a mi mascota, solo me dio el diagnóstico que ya sabía y le administró la medicación. Después me sorprendió que me cobraran más de lo que me habían dicho. En general, el lugar me pareció poco confiable y no lo recomendaría.
Today is the first vet visit with apollo and the staff and doctor was awesome and kind front reception sorry can't remember the name i believe its paula 😊 😀 she was very helpful also

We used Dr. B for years until March 2022. We brought our 16 y/o dog there to be humanely euthanized because it was time. Unfortunately they told us we couldn’t be with her when they euthanized her due to Covid. This was completely unacceptable. My wife was vaccinated and could’ve worn a mask if you’re so concerned of covid 2 years after the pandemic.
