My MIL goes here and needed a refill on her prescriptions. NO ONE has returned numerous calls, and we've left messages for refill line, a few for the main operator, and for various nurses. Ridiculous! She loves her doctor but with this treatment and lack of care, she's very very upset. I too really like Dr Marques but also agree the office is poorly run. Rarely do I get anyone actually pick up the phone. Leaving messages is a waste of time. I have even driven the 45 minutes to stand in the lobby to be heard and still have the same unresolved problem. I have started to search for another office, but half effort because I want to stay with Dr M.

Office staff is terrible about calling back. Don't call in prescriptions like they say they will. I like Dr. Marques but the staff will eventually make me find another doctor.
