We purchased flooring for our new home and they were extremley informative, and offered a great product at a really good price. They've since helped oragnise delivery to a tricky location, offered advice with installers and organised glue and accessories last minute. Great service initially from Jules at Marquis Flooring. I was chasing a trim which was a discontinued colour. She sourced it for me, got it in and I happily collected it today. She knew from my first phone call what I was likely chasing which was very reassuring. I asked was she a family member, no she said a long term employee. An asset indeed. Dealing with Marquee Flooring has been an absolute pleasure. I purchased the clix moraine oak hybrid flooring and they are going to look fantastic. Jayson has been helpful, responsive and generally wonderful to deal with. Jason was extremely helpful explaining the pros and cons of the different types of flooring available. Made my choice so much easier. Now it’s down … looks fantastic.
