We bought a house with a pool and have been through with two other pool companies until we switched to Marquee. I am so happy with their customer service, I have gotten to know almost all the technicians and pool cleaners and office staff. This is the third season of servicing my pool.
Marquee goes above and beyond for their customers. We had a major algae problem with this year’s pool opening. Carla led the charge with her top notch customer service, tirelessly troubleshooting and checking in until resolution. She’s amazing because she cares. Thanks to Jim for his wise advise and to Malcolm and the team for their magic on site.
