I attended Marquee for the first time on Monday, 17, 2025, for the BigXthaplug concert on their Marquee Monday themed night. The city came out in full force to see the rapper, and the packed nightclub resembled a sardine can! All the staff were professional upon entry. The nightclub's interior features a small stage and a relatively small dance floor in front of it, with sections designated throughout the club. This was the most disappointing night club I’ve ever been to, if you are a male under 30 and don’t have the VIP pass you will be treated like a piece of trash. They treat you horribly and make you feel like you are a burden to them for even being there. The way I was treated was unnecessarily rude and just disrespectful. Mind you I am a 23 year old male who was just trying to have a good night, I was quiet in the waiting line and not disrespectful to ANY employees. This club really sucks! The security team is very unprofessional and have zero manners. They have little man syndrome. Getting on a guest list is pointless if you still have to wait and get checked in like everyone else. The bartenders have no life in them, they also make terrible drinks that are very over priced. Just a suggestion…. Treat people with with some dignity.
