Received a bill in the mail followed by a phone call the next day. Concerned it was past due I called and was connected with Jessica (Watland Billing) on behalf of Innovative Anesthesia, PC. She knew immediately my name and was gracious and apologized if call alarmed me and explained the urgency was due to a billing error. Jessica was so nice I would have paid it then and there had it not been in error.
