Honestly, the quality of customer service over the phone needs serious improvement. If employees are working in customer-facing roles, strong customer service skills should be a top priority, or at the very least they should receive proper training before handling customers. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked the basic level of courtesy, communication, and support that customers should be able to expect.
