I've only been here just a week and I love this place until now. Good location, Nice balcony, Assigned parking lot, Clean and comfortable Lounge&Gym Noise - No Traffic noise But just footsteps on floor and in hallway (that's common thing in U.S.) Water - Hot water works well but Water softening and purifying functions don't work, I need to use water filters.
It’s a great location to live. The building is nice and very well maintained. MARQ staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and welcoming.
