Someone I do not know picked up my package from your post office. Could you please explain how the package was released to someone else? Did the staff verify the name and address on the parcel before handing it over? The shipping label clearly shows that the destination address is in Calgary, not Vancouver. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
