Came in for intake interview with Dr. Sariaslani as my GP is phasing into retirement now. All staff were courteous. Facility seems a little old though. It’s inexpensive to replace cabinets and mirrors and to update furniture. Felt like I was transported back to the 90s here.
submitted my form for requesting a family doctor to this clinic more than 5 weeks a go, just heard back a couple days ago which is fine , they d metioned it takes long BUT, went to fill out the form but they ve entered my birth date WRONG, so the form does NOT OPEN!!! and then there s no email address to write back, there s just a phone number with a very long wait like I have no job and no life! and I was doing very bad back then , had to go to ER, so this would have been my follow up. this is not how health care should ope... read more
