Recently started and so far I've had had nothing but a great experience and a welcoming, warm environment. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the are extremely hardworking and their attention to detail is superb. Management is very interactive, nice, engaged and frequently checking on staff. Extremely supportive of veterans (which made me feel extra welcomed). A very supportive, caring and professional. Very honored to be able to join their family and learn and continue growing in my new career here.

Marples Gear is the home of knowledge and expertise when it comes to gears. I've been doing business with them for the last 30 years. Allen, the President, and his team of engineers are very knowledgeable and professional. They helped solve numerous issues when it came to the type of material, design and heat treat. They're always on time for delivery and I get the best quality and performance of the gears they make for me. Marples Gears is a great company to work with. Management is clear and concise about expectations and requirements. If there’s any confusion or concerns, Allen, the President, is always prompt in responding. The issue is resolved before end of day or within 48 hours. Office Admin is polite and provides updates regarding payments due. I enjoy working with their team!
