There level of care is incredible- being there when I needed a cry, referring me to specialists. I’m fairly new to this practice. At first I wasn’t sure off the best way to contact them, the office manager quickly got in touch with me advising me off several ways including their triage form, which is online, which actually suited me perfectly as I tend to catch up on things at night. Had nine yrs of untreated high bp .angina and leaky heart valves. Since 2015.everytime I came doctor would sit and look at watch .

Receptionist are all really nice. You need to ring at 8am for appointments but can always get in same day. Good for acute illness. Very up on checks ect. I think something died in the partner drs during the pandemic though. It's now harder to get any long-term care, blocking any hospital ordered bloods ect. No empathy for long term pain. Still better than the other NHS practices in the area for chronic illness.
