Marple Heathing and Cooling has been my go to HVAC company for several years now. They are always quick, courteous and fairly priced. They have provided same day service for me amant times, almost unheard of these days. I highly recommend this company to all my friends. I'm thankful to have found such a reliable and honest person to service my equipment.
As a potential new customer, I called for a price to check my furnace for winter. I was quoted $100 the 3rd week of August and told them anytime the following week was good. Here it is, 1 month later and no one has come out or called. Pretty poor treatment of a senior citizen. Especially since I will need the AC replaced soon. They have a good reputation, but after this I really have to wonder.
Called to schedule appointments was told would be there on Friday. No show. Called and ask when (if) we’re coming and gave me the next Friday. Showed up said what part I needed. Never heard from again.

I have now had two AMAZING service calls with Seth & his team. My in-laws' furnace went out in the middle of the night during a terrible cold snap in February 2023. I texted Seth and he went to their house and had them nice & toasty again in no time! We just had a bit of a debacle whilst in the middle of a major remodeling of our house & we couldn't use our furnace (the Monday of Thanksgiving week- yikes!).
