Angela went above and beyond to handle my service issue with no stress and complete appreciation for my business. Hard to find companies that make sure you are a happy customer when the warranty is long over. Marpac - the maker of the Dohm - has some top notch customer service. I had an issue with my product that was under warranty and they took care of it promptly. No muss, no fuss. These guys are legit! And their Dohm DS has worked WONDERS for my sleep. I live in the city and it can get pretty noisy. Ever since I got my Dohm, I've never slept better. Thank you, Marpac, for significantly improving my sleep! I don't know what I'd do without your white noise machines.
