I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Maroules’ office today. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 PM and I arrived at 1:58 PM because I value being on time. Instead of being welcomed, the front desk staff complained that I was too early. The waiting area is extremely small with limited seating, so I had to stand most of the time.
