Rachel has completely turned my life around, firstly by fixing my initial back problems when no one else could. ( many have tried. ) now with my post surgery on my elbows and bicep. Can not speak more highly of the place. The EP, Ben is also amazing. Both Maroubra and Mattraville studios get a double thumbs up from me.👍👍
Massage by Belle is blissful. Always relieves tension and finds the 'spots'. And is a lovely person!! Lovely friendly atmosphere at this practice. Great staff led by the champion - Rachael.
Love going to life care! They are so organised and provide extremely comprehensive care. I see Zahabia, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I always feel listened to and am progressing towards my goals more and more after each session. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our family has been going to Maroubra Dynamic Physio for over 10 years. They know their patients very well and take a genuine interest in them. The Pilates classes individually cater to your needs and their range of equipment is fabulous. Everyone of the physios is fabulous. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Zahabia.
