Rita and Jane on the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Specialist doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend
I accompanied an NDIS participant to their appointment and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and their graciousness when we were running late!
Visiting this Centre was the best experience from the moment we walked in to meeting reception staff and to seeing Dr Dinesh Natarajan. The women at the front were friendly and very helpful and Dr Dinesh was just so reassuring took his time to explain in terms that was understandable to us, and he had a plan moving forward. We were just so happy to have been referred to see him because we were able to leave the Centre feeling content that he was able to provide some guidance to us.
I have been attending this practice for quite a few years now seeing both Dr Chong and Dr Chin. The staff ( Karen & Jane ) are always very caring, polite and efficient. They are very welcoming which puts you at ease before actually seeing the doctors. I also find it very handy in receiving reminders for coming up appointments. Keep up the great work team.
