I was seen promptly and treated with care throughout my stay at ED. Dr Sadhbh Murphy is an incredible doctor, she was calm, compassionate and responsive despite being in a busy ED environment. Dr Murphy is an asset to your medical team. I observed some fantastic teaching from one of the nurses to trainee or more junior nurses. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but her approach to teaching should be replicated. She was patient, reassuring and shared her knowledge in a way that nurtured learning. After my experience recently I would like to extend my gratitude to the Doctors and especially to the RN MARYANNE at Emergency. Maryanne showed nothing more than Compassion, Empathy and Professionalism. She went out of her way to ensure I was taken to a bed though none were available. Maryanne found a way to improvise and assisted to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you for my experience at Maroodah Hospital. Worst hospital l have had to experience. One visit in there and my life was destroyed. Taking me off medication l have been on for 14 years with a sleep disorder. Diginosed me completely wrong. They keeped asking if l was on drugs. Then found out l had brain anurium. No one should be ever diagnosed with anything while having a brain anurium. Thanks Marhoondah hospital. You have cost me alot of money and l will see you in court.

I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone at Maroondah hospital who has helped care for my mum. Mum isn’t keen on doctors and hospitals and they somehow managed to turn a very difficult time into something my mum and all of us are so very grateful for. Caring, kind and damn good at their jobs.
