Cant post negitives. Absoulety patronising. 28th was installed. No Hot water even came bac to fix Friday. 1 shower that was it. All weekend no help or Hot Water 1st June, still NO HOT WATER. Dont Change, controlling Government.
Maroondah Electrical had the contract to get my new split systems online, from Maroondah Heating & Cooling. This happened on a 43 degree day. When the scheduled electrician couldn't make it, I was asked if the job could wait for another day. This didn't due to extenuating circumstances with my child. They pivoted, sent another crew, who arrived at 4.45 and working until 6.45, no complaints, willing accepting icy poles and cold water. Great compassion, great service.
Steven and his assistant were prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done with no fuss or complication. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
