I have been coming here for a while and was disappointed to find out after my appointment that they are no longer Medibank Members Choice provider. Nobody mentioned this when I booked or checked in. Only found out when my out of pocket is so much higher. When I raised it with reception, I was told nothing to do with the clinic mainly health funds issue. I am not sure where the responsibility sits, whether it’s with the clinic or health fund but customer was the one caught in the middle and left to deal with the expected cost... read more
