Babak, worked on our house in Etobicoke - trim carpentry. He had a $30k++ contract. We found out he had overcharged us by $4k but he would not refund the money. Recently, he agreed he would do other work to make up for the $4k overcharge. When we were ready to do the work, he was nowhere to be found and would not return my calls. Small claims has awarded $4k which we will now move forward to collect. His workmanship is shoddy and not at all good - the gaps under the doors he hung were about 3"!!!

I would highly recommend Babak to anyone. Well organized, polite and very professional person. If you are looking for the high end kitchen or cabinetry he is the right person. Quality is never cheap. Finished our project on time and within the budget
