Absolute waste of time and money! Do not trust!!! They will tell you a price and add on couple extra thousands on top!! Cancelled the deal last minute before signing!! After confronting them !!
I called the dealer and 9:20 a.m Monday morning. looking for a specific car they posted online. the salesman said he had it in the lot. I showed up to the dealer at 10:05am and another salesman told me they have sold it on Saturday. This dealer is a waste of time and gas.
Well I was a really easy sell. But what I did not like was that I was told that my used Kia Forte Hatchback would be $279 a month. I had everything already and went to pick up my car. At that point when I sat down with the business manager told me that they couldn't do any better than $318 a month. I do not like being told one thing and then when everything is ready to go being told another. I was about to rip up the papers and get my down payment back and then we settled at $300 a month. Place has gone down hill since the old man left and junior took over. All the warm, friendly people are gone. the new ones are money hungry crooks. Go anyplace else (except route 23 kia which is the same owner and management). If you want a great car, get a kia. just don't get it here.
leased two cars there great people no pressure and got the cars $80 a month lower than other dealers u went to.
