Our experience with Drew was very disappointing and unprofessional. The house my roommates and I rented had multiple pre-existing damages from prior tenants and owners. After we moved out, we were charged for repairs related to issues that clearly existed long before our tenancy. When we raised these concerns, Drew refused to properly review or discuss them.
